Spray Patching utilizes oil and aggregate to create a bituminous mixture that is applied to the roadway to repair damaged areas, holes, edge of pavement, or simply smooth a rough area. We are able to adjust the proportion as dictated by the area that is being repaired. Some require more or less oil than usual.
We use CRS-2 emulsion oil and special CA-16 aggregate that is double washed and screened for a more consistent size. It is a tighter gradient than normal CA-16 which gives us the ability to smooth the patches better as it flows better through the machine. We also use Limestone crushed aggregate instead of gravel so that the patch 'locks' itself together better than a round gravel would do.
We charge by the gallons and tons used and not by the day due to every client we work for has differing needs and applications. Some days are obvious more productive than others and we expect you to get the material you're paying for.
